Clear & Clean is an established company based in Rushden but we work in different locations the areas we cover are in Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester, Bradford,Leeds,Sheffield, York and Hull Transport will be provided but driving will be required,Also you will need to be able to stay over for 2 nights at some locations accommodation will be provided plus food allowance.

The post holder will carry a high standard of cleaning to include but not limited to, hoovering communal hallways, mopping, dusting, cleaning internal windows, cleaning on bin stores and reporting any defects within the property to the office.

We are looking for a Full Time communal cleaner to work in a small team,

Be able to work alone, be pro-active.

Logical and forward thinking.

Have a good knowledge of the cleaning industry.

Have self-motivation.

Have Good communication skills.

Take full responsibility for daily cleaning tasks
- Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hoovering of carpeted areas
- Changing light Bulbs
- Bin store cleaning will also be required.
- Full Clean Driving license required.
- Be confident in driving medium size van
- Available to stay over for two nights a week.
- This position is for 40 hour week Monday to Friday some early starts required also 2 night stay over per week.
