As one of the world’s leading small animal referral centres we have been delivering pet healthcare for over 30 years. We have a great multi-disciplinary team led by internationally renowned specialists. We are now looking to expand our team of receptionists to continue providing a great service to clients and their pets.

In order to give our clients a gold standard level of service, our reception team operates from 7am - 11pm, 365 days a year.
- Be highly motivated and well organised with the ability to work on their own initiative
- Have a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone
- The ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work
- Can support and communicate effectively with clients, vet professionals, and fellow associates
- Have a calm manner with the ability to cope with challenging situations
- Be a team player with the ability to establish positive working relationships.

**This is a permanent, full-time position working 3pm - 11pm, Monday to Friday.**

**Weekends are 1 in 3, working 3pm - 11pm with the Friday before and the Monday following as non-working days.**

**Salary**

£19,950 (plus £1,000 p.a. out of hours twilight allowance)

Willows is widely known for the delivery of CPD, and we strongly encourage all our associates to continually develop their skills and knowledge.

We employ over 250 Associates working as part of an outstanding multi-disciplinary team led by internationally renowned Specialists. Our service teams include orthopaedics, neurology, ophthalmology, internal medicine, clinical nutrition, oncology, soft tissue surgery, cardiology, dermatology, Emergency and Critical Care (ECC), anaesthesia and analgesia, diagnostic imaging and physiotherapy.

In-patient care is a priority and includes 24-hour veterinary and nursing cover, with support from a team of emergency vets and Interns. Our hospital facilities are of the highest quality, including on-site Siemens 64-slice CT, Siemens 1.5T MRI, two in-theatre mobile image intensifiers, two digital radiography rooms, ultrasonography, electro diagnostics, video endoscopy and an extensive range of advanced surgical equipment.

**Salary**: £20,950.00 per year
