Returns Coordinator

**Summary**

Our returns team processes orders efficiently and accurately to provide the outcome that the customer requires. They are responsible for ensuring returned products are processed back onto the system in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

Processing customer returns as efficiently as possible to meet individual and team targets whilst ensuring accuracy.

To inspect all returned goods and ensure they have been returned correctly and in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Managing and accurately putting away returned stock within our warehouse.

General housekeeping duties in the fulfilment center to ensure Health & Safety standards are met at all times.

Exceptional housekeeping and preparation of work areas to ensure efficiencies and productivity throughout your working shift.

To work collaboratively with other departments when required.

**Details**

This is a part-time role, 16 hrs per week (8:30am-5:00pm Monday and Tuesday with 30 minutes for lunch plus two 10 minute paid breaks). Occasional holiday cover and peak period will also be required on an ad-hoc basis.

Pay £10.58 per hour.

The initial contract will be on a 6 month basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

The warehouse is based at Lee Mill near Ivybridge in Devon, it has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with casual dress and tea/coffee making facilities.
