**Children’s Support Worker**

At _**Paragon Social Care**_, we're hoping you can help us with our mission, to make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable and challenging children and young people under the care of local councils. During those crucial periods between long-term placements, we step in with 24/7 wrap-around support packages until a more suitable arrangement is found.

**An average day for you as a Support Workers may include **
- Planning and participating in fun activities and outings
- Establishing that emotional engagement with the young person
- Ensuring the safety of the young person, this is pivotal at all times
- Preparing meals for the young person
- And transporting the young person to meetings, school, appointments, etc.

**Salary**: £15.00-£28.00 per hour
