Salary Scale £19,863- £20,761 per annum (**pro-rata**)

Part-Time Hours: Thursday 12.30pm - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 5pm (**12 hours per week**)

**Office Based**

We are looking for a suitably experienced Receptionist to assist our Centre Manager and Centre Administrator in the day-to-day running of a busy reception.

The Centre accommodates small and medium sized technology companies to whom we provide office space, together with business services such as faxes, photocopying, franking mail, conference room hire, telephone answering service and greeting their customers.

Familiarity of Microsoft Office packages is essential and ongoing training will be provided together with training on the switchboard.

Flexibility to provide cover outside of prescribed working hours will be anticipated with the ability to travel to assist in the provision of cover at other group sites occasionally.

The job role offers a wide range of benefits including generous annual leave entitlement and membership of the Heritage pension scheme.

The applicant should be of smart appearance, have a pleasant manner and confident in dealing with members of the public. This is an office based role.
