**Role Overview and Organisation**
Nigel Wright are working in partnership with a growing business based in Stockton on Tees to recruit a Accounts Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join an great business reporting into the Financial Controller. This is a wide-ranging finance rolewhich will offer exposure to multiple areas of finance as part of a small finance team.
**The Role**
The main duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will be:

- Raising purchase orders
- Matching purchase orders with invoices
- Resolving supplier queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with month end preparation
- Liaising with external suppliers

**The Person**
- Experience within a similar role
- AAT qualified
- Strong Microsoft office skills (primarily Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach

**The Salary & Package**
The salary and package of the Accounts Assistant will be:

- Salary of up to £26,000 dependant on previous qualifications and experience.
