UpSkill Digital was founded on the principle of empowering individuals, organisations and their leadership to adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape. We develop and deliver human-centred, experiential learning programmes and events for organisations looking to empower people and stimulate economies from a grassroots level.

Using our incredible roster of talent (that’s you), we empower teams to adapt as roles change and evolve so that businesses and individuals remain relevant and competitive in an ever-changing, digitally disrupted landscape.

**About the programme**

The programme works with businesses, entrepreneurs, startups and individuals to thrive in the digital age. This historically has been both business and individual career-focused, helping upskill a million people in the UK since 2015.

The programme aims to help people across the UK add to their digital skill set, so they can progress in their career or business. We work with Industry experts to enable this, developing tools and training tailored to the needs of local communities.

The programme is ongoing, delivering a wide range of topics from social media to cyber security. However, we are currently on the hunt for a few individuals to champion our more AI-focused content.

As such, we are on the lookout for charismatic, engaging digital experts, equipped to tackle potentially complex questions from the public on a wide range of digital skills-focused topics.

**Skills and experience**:

- Someone who resides in the UK, preferably England
- Someone who has expert level knowledge of AI tools and products with specific focus on machine learning & cloud computing
- Someone who has knowledge of Google products is preferable
- Someone with a teaching, coaching or mentoring background
- Someone who has experience delivering in a virtual and/or in-person setting
- Someone who has experience of fostering group discussion and engaging with audiences to get the most out of them
- Someone who has immaculate wifi connection and a laptop or computer device
