SYS Maintenance LTD is a well-established property maintenance company, offering high-quality repairs and refurbishments for residential and commercial properties. We provide **free quotations** to all clients, ensuring transparency and fair pricing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out general repairs, refurbishments, and installations
- Perform **plumbing** work, including repairs and maintenance
- Work on carpentry, tiling, electrical, and decorating tasks
- Provide **free of charge quotations** to clients as needed
- Ensure all work meets health & safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service

**Requirements**:
**Valid UK driving license** (Essential)
**Plumbing skills** with experience in repairs, installations, and maintenance (Essential)
Experience in carpentry, tiling, and electrical work
Own tools and transport (for subcontractors)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
