These networks support our community every day.** **Your Skils and Experience**: **Essential**: - **Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.**: - **Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in MES implementation, preferably in the automotive industry.**: - **Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and industry-specific challenges.**: - **Expertise in one or more major MES platforms, preferably SAP DM.**: - **Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.**: - **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**: - **Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.**: - **Proficiency in project management methodologies.** **Nice to have: - ** - **Master's degree in a relevant field.**: - **Certifications in MES platforms or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).**: - **Experience with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies.**: - **Knowledge of quality management systems in automotive manufacturing.**: - **Familiarity with ISA95 standards.** **You can bring your whole self to work.
