If that sounds like you, we’re currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to support our procurement and vehicle movement teams.
Knowles Fleet is one of the UK’s leading transport management service providers, helping hundreds of organisations up and down the country to successfully run their fleets. Our team of 50 work from our head office in Great Bentley near Colchester. There is a main line station nearby and on-site car parking. Working hours are Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 17:30, Fri 08:30 - 16:30.

**What you’ll do**
- Data entry
- Advising and supporting customers
**Essential skills**
- Self-motivated, team player
- Logical, solutions focused with good attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills, great with people
- Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
**Desirable experience**
- Knowledge of cars and commercial vehicles
- Office administration
- Motor industry experience

**Salary**: From £25,600.00 per year [Negotiable dependant on experience]
- £25,600 salary per annum is based on a £23,800 base salary pa and an estimated bonus of £1,800 pa (paid monthly)_
