Senior Recruitment Advisor
Location: Remote working/ 3 days onsite Liverpool

**Salary**: up to £45,000-£50,000
The role of Senior Recruitment Advisor is a true partnering role within this global business which is putting a lot of investment and value into their Internal Recruitment function and so supporting the Recruitment Lead and wider Recruitment Centre of Excellence,you will play a critical role in continuing the journey to become an industry-leading recruitment operation.
As Senior Recruitment Advisor you will collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify future business needs and develop suitable recruitment strategies, whilst actively contributing to delivering the Recruitment strategy, policies and processes toensure that recruitment activities are aligned with business requirements.
The roles you will recruit for will range from entry level roles up to more complex experienced hire vacancies, so a versatile and innovative approach to different types of sourcing and attraction will be key to success.
Key responsibilities include;
*Ownership of the end to end recruitment process for assigned Functions, partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to create strategies to attract and hire the best talent into the global functions to which you are aligned.
*Monitor and continually improve communication and stakeholder management with hiring managers, global HR team to ensure efficient execution of all recruitment activities.
*Work collaboratively with key stakeholders (e.g. Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners) to proactively identify future business needs and devise appropriate recruitment strategies to meet identified needs.
*Implement innovative and engaging sourcing strategies for 'hard to fill' vacancies in challenging markets, whilst gaining buy-in from hiring managers and stakeholders
*Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external stakeholders, regularly monitoring service levels and performance and challenging as required.
Key skills & experience;
*Full 360 recruitment experience in an in-house recruitment capacity (leading hiring manager briefings, sourcing, leading interviews and assessments and supporting offer management processes).
*Experience recruiting in Corporate recruitment functions on a global scale, building effective working relationships with global stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
*Consultative approach, with ability to build trust and develop excellent working relationships at all levels, both internally with hiring managers and HR colleagues, and externally with agency partners
*Experience of using an ATS and coaching stakeholders to use the system to its full potential.
*Able to utilise, interpret and present data in a meaningful way to inform decision making.
