**Job Overview**
**Service Assistants**

We have various shifts available at the Royal Glen for enthusiastic service assistants serving meals to our guests, it's a seasonal job, students welcome.
No experience necessary as we will show you all you need to know.

If you want to be a part of the team at the Glen and have some spare time, get in touch, we have various roles available from 6 to 40 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Assist in the preparation of food and beverages as needed, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: £8.25-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 40 per week
