We are currently looking for an experienced **Multi Trade Carpenter** to join our successful Response Maintenance Business.

You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance, and the refurbishments of void properties for our reputable Social Housing client, working in properties in the Oxford, Southampton, and Eastbourne areas. **The Multi Trade Carpenter role**:

- Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within the day-to-day response team, completing an average of five jobs a day, predominantly in Carpentry
- Occasionally undertake first and second fix carpentry in void (untenanted) properties as part of the void refurbishment programme, as well as complete basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and floor laying tasks
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment in occupied properties.

**What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter?**
- Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Carpentry or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
- Able to undertake work in Carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, and tiling to a professional standard in the domestic setting
- Motivated and flexible in your approach to work. You will be able to work to individual and team output targets
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the **Multi Trade Carpenter** role, with use of a company van and fuel card.
