**Senior Building Control Surveyor**

We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join our Building Control team who are committed to excellent performance and providing high quality service.

**About the role.**

You will be working as a Senior Building Surveyor and will be responsible for assisting in the provision of a quality assured customer focused and efficient building control service to benefit the people of Gateshead.

We will support you with your progression to become a registered Building Inspector whilst you receive a competitive salary and gain experience to achieve a Class 3 Specialist Builidng Inspector registration. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable and varied experience on a wide range of projects as a Senior Building Surveyor within a supportive team environment.
