A great opportunity has become available in our People & Talent team for a Retail People Advisor to join the AS family. We’re on the lookout for someone with experience in HR (ideally gained within the retail, leisure, or hospitality industry), who has areal hands-on management style and the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results.

**A bit about the role**
- Recruit, develop, manage and engage the CSM’s in projects
- Support the People Partner with the fulfilment of the Retail People Strategy
- Act as the first point of contact in the Peninsula relationship
- Provide monthly commentary on activity that can drive and support change
- Understand the challenges across the regions and how these are being managed by the stores, supporting where required
- Develop and maintain great relationships within the Retail structure
- Support the Retail People Strategy through engagement and communication
- Deliver a great customer experience, taking feedback and seeking to improve
- Share customer feedback with the team to inform wider commercial business decisions

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Previous experience in a HRrole
- A natural flair for leading by example, inspiring colleagues to do their best
- Excellent communication skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness and exceptional attention to detail
- A ‘make it happen’ approach and enjoys a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Genuine care for what they do and how well they do it
- An affinity with our brand and is an authentic ambassador of our people values
