**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant's menu and recipes.
- Assist in meal preparation and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cook in similar culinary environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.44-£13.49 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
