T-mex Limited, based in Chart Sutton near Staplehurst, is a small and friendly family-run environmental and agricultural engineering business seeking a responsible and reliable warehouse operative.

The role will be varied and involve a wide range of tasks working both alone and as part of a team. The workload can be high and unpredictable, so a flexible attitude is key. This is a manual position that involves some reasonable lifting and repetitive work.

Responsibilities will include:

- Picking and packing of orders.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Operating warehouse apparatus.
- Stock monitoring.
- General warehouse duties.
- A proactive and flexible attitude in line with the Company ethos.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A reasonable degree of fitness and range of mobility in line with the manual handling requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and multitask
- Prior warehouse experience and/or engineering knowledge would be advantageous_

This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break and 2 x 15-minute paid breaks.
