RSW is a growing business and looking for a Driving Recruitment Consultant to join its committed and successful driving team. Along with a salary of up to £27,000 per annum, you will receive 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

The position is a full 360-degree role which requires a talented individual to be responsible for the productivity and success of their desk and recruitment process which will be supported by the wider branch and experienced driving division.

As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
New Business Development:

- To identify potential business opportunities with new clients and establish their requirments and values to the company
- Develop and maintain business relationships with appropriate client contracts through a structured approach.
- Maximising existing business
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients through regular and structured contact to establish on-going business needs to maximise business potential

Ideal Experience
- At least 6 months proven experience working on a Driving desk or good understanding of the logistics or transport industry(i.e. transport planner)
- Excellent English, both written and verbally, able to speak with people from all walks of life up to senior managers
- Reliable & conscientious
- Courteous, polite abd professional
- Able to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills via telephone and face to face
