Nanny McFiFi's is an expanding nursery, looking for experienced practitioners to make a difference to our team.

We are seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our small, friendly team, to work 35 hours per week.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote the development of children aged 0-5 years.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained.
- Manage daily routines, including meal times, play sessions, and nap times, ensuring all children's needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build strong relationships within the nursery community.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education and childcare.

**Requirements**:

- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the learning environment for children.
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices is an advantage.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
