**Operations and Communications Lead**
**Location**: Halifax, West Yorkshire
**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Following continued growth, our client is now searching for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and knowledgeable Operations and Communications Lead to direct the performance of the Operations and Communications, and Business Support functions as they moveinto their next era of growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Lead.You will be given the opportunity to develop and lead the team, whilst having a strong input into the direction of the department and the processes that are implemented to ensure a sustainableframework.
**The Role**
Duties include leading project and product implementations, introducing new processes, reporting and developing both KPI’s and SLA’s. You will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to review project delivery, processes and performance.

**The organisation need someone who**:
- Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial and supervisory role, ideally in an office or customer service environment
- Has relevant experience of being responsible for efficient operations; identifies challenges and opportunities to enhance administrative support functions
- Has relevant experience of change management
- Has relevant experience of quality control reports, management reports and monthly status reports
- Contributes to the development of systems and procedures for scalable growth across multiple areas, including the implementation and review of management strategies
- Is able to lead, manage and develop the work of the team to deliver operational excellence and efficiency
- Is able to manage margins, costs, budgeting and forecasting
- Has the ability to analyse data and identify trends
- Is able to lead various projects simultaneously
- Has strong people management skills with proven experience, and the ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
- Is experienced in dealing with queries in a multichannel support environment
- Is committed to exceptional customer service
- Anticipates issues and delivers solutions
- When necessary, copes with tight deadlines
