**About the Role**

Working within our Apprenticeship Delivery Team, you will be responsible for coaching and assessing learners, supporting them as they progress through the Adult Care Apprenticeship, using our own e-learning portfolio system, and regional travel as required. You will provide dedicated support to learners who may require additional assistance in their apprenticeship progress, aiding them in catching up and advancing by setting personalised learning plans, deadlines, and goals aligned with CareShield's own standards and national Requirements

**Main responsibilities and duties**
- To deliver teaching and learning in a one-to-one and group situation, both face-to-face and using virtual classroom techniques.

- Salary £25,000 to £27,000 per annum
- Opportunity to earn up to £2,400 in incentives for completion per learner caseload
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. (33 in Total)
- Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5:30pm, Fridays 8.30am to 4pm

**Essential skills/ qualification**
- Functional skills in Maths and English level 2 or equivalent
- Attainment at Level 5 in adult health and social care
- Either TAQA, A1, PTLLS qualification or equivalent assessors’ awards
- Proven track record of ability to deliver apprenticeships
- Full UK driving licence.
- IT competent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and outside agencies.
