**_FWA Operations Manager_**

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for an Operations Managerwith expereince in a network operations role to help us ensure the FWA network is built effectively by our teams and 3rd parties following best practice anddesign.

**Here’s why you’ll love this role**
- You will be ensuring FWA sites are being built to best practice and correct technical specification
- Responsibility as contractual Manager in the operation of the contract in place with all 3rd party suppliers. Preparation and issuing of contractual notices and correspondence as required under the agreements. Ensure that all required contractual obligationsare met in administering the contract
- Provide accurate weekly reporting on progress, risks encountered and/or forecasted, costs incurred to date, capturing WIP including risk estimations and forecasted cost to senior stakeholders
- Working with the service delivery manager, identify any issues or problem tickets raised on the FWA network, and ensure a positive resolution
- Providing continuity of FWA understanding management and decision making whilst deputizing for the FWA Director

**Here’s why you’ll be great in this role**
- You have proven experience in a network operations role.
- You set a good example to others through your strong leadership skills
- You have a good technical understanding of telecoms, FWA and fibre networks
- You have experience working with FWA technology such as Cambium, Ubiquity, Siklu or Aviat
- Experience and working knowledge of CDM Regulations
- Understanding of method statements and risk assessments
- Commercial Awareness - understands basic cost models and cost-to-completion projections.
