Job Overview:
We’re looking for people who are dedicated, passionate about care, and who want to help others to join our amazing teams. We don’t require you to have any previous social care experience, what we do need from you is to have the **Right to Work in the UK**. We **are also able to offer Health and Care Worker Sponsor visas if you are within the UK**. Additionally, you are required to have a **full UK driving license** with access to **your own vehicle**. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support in delivering quality care to clients/services users. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

- Your Role may include assisting clients with: Providing companionship
- Help patients with activities of daily living, including showering ,bathing, dressing, toileting and eating
- Helping with mobility around the home
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
- Helping around the house with cleaning, cooking and tidying
- Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescription
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of care certificate preferred
- Proven experience in providing direct patient care
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
