**Essential Skills and Abilities**
- Previous Administration, Team Secretarial, Team Project Coordinator and/or Team PA skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role, supporting a team with a variety of skillset.
- Verbal & Written Communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organisation, planning and multi-tasking.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Typing skills (min 50 wpm).

**Hours of Work**:
Part time: Between 15 and 22.5 hours per week - midweek working days. One of the working days must include a Monday.

**Salary Banding**:
Our salaries are industry benchmarked and are very competitive.

**Annual Leave**:
23 days, plus statutory holidays (pro rata)

Office closure over the Christmas & New Year period.

**Location**:
Office based at 7 Calder Close, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF4 3BA
