You will work with the wider assessment team and Assessment Centre Manager to ensure the smooth running of the assessments. Work collaboratively with the Assessors and Quality Assurers, deliver an excellent assessment experience to every applicant either online or face to face.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure readiness at the appointed time in the exercise room or online before the start of each assessment.
- Report all risks and issues encountered during the end-point assessment.
- Support the team with quality assurance activities.
- Attend and contribute to standardisation/calibration meetings.
- Maintain strong time keeping and organisation of different assessments.
- Undertake additional tasks that maybe associated with the role
**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience of Role Play Actor roles.
- The ability to memorise background material, lines, questions, probes and the behavioural checklist specific to the exercise, with appropriate personas.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with accountability for your own decisions.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels and prepared to deliver and receive constructive feedback.
- High level in both written and spoken English.
- IT competency: Microsoft Office, including MS Teams.
- Displays by example and promotes a value driven culture within the team.
