**What you will be doing**:

- Providing ecological support to a varied range of projects across different sectors.
- Planning, co-ordinating and undertaking a range of field surveys.
- Analysing and interpreting survey results using approaches such as biodiversity net gain or natural capital.
- Assisting with bid preparation and building client relationships.
- Collaborating with internal AtkinsRéalis multi-disciplinary teams and undertaking stakeholder engagement.

**About you**:
**_ Ideally, you would have the following attributes / qualifications / memberships:_**
- A degree or masters in ecology or closely related field.
- Demonstrable ecological knowledge.
- Experience in UK Habitat surveys and/or Biodiversity Net Gain is desirable but not essential.
- A full, clean driving licence.

**Rewards and Benefits**:
We offer a competitive salary that is regularly tested against other consultants with a default 25-days leave each year plus bank holidays and options to buy some or sell of that leave. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
