11:FS is on a mission to change the fabric of financial services. Our Ventures practice builds challenger propositions globally, like we did for Natwest with Mettle. Our Pulse team creates a benchmarking tool used by the likes of Monzo, Starling, Natwest and Tesco Bank. Our Foundry team are delivering a Financial Services Operating System to help businesses quickly add financial services to their offering. On top of all of that, we’re a media company, our Growth team generate a stream of content that supports our brand and changes the conversation - not necessarily in that order.

**What is 11**:FS Pulse?

Pulse is a product insights platform which gives designers, researchers and product people working in financial services a glimpse into the experience that real users are having when using FS products from around the world.

Our content library includes 4,000+ user journey recordings from 500+ brands in 50 countries. The recordings are collected, processed and analysed by our content team with many new journeys being published each month.

The Pulse team has big ambitions for the year ahead as we look to expand the featureset of the platform and explore new content opportunities in order to inspire and empower our users to build better digital experiences.

We are looking for a junior video editor to help edit together videos of digital banking user experience journeys.

What will you be doing here?

Add basic effects to both still and moving images (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects are the tools we use)
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
Able to work with audio and add custom title screens
Create rough and final cuts
Render and export completed videos
Create video social assets

**What we're looking for**:
Attention to detail - the work involves precise editing requirements. You need to get this right every time
You will be methodical and have high quality standards
Trustworthy - a lot of the materials you will be editing will contain confidential informationyou need to be of good character
Team player - we are a young start up, you need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
Strong video editing skills and experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Ability to learn on the job and develop a working knowledge of 11:FS and Pulse
Able to deliver final cuts and collaborate in a team focused environment
Process driven and able to stick to tight deadlines
Ability to work to precise editing requirements
