We are currently seeking an Experienced Multi-Trades Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, motivated individual with strong leadership skills to manage both reactive and planned works across a range of multi-trade projects.

Key Responsibilities:
    -     Supervise and manage teams or individual’s delivering reactive and planned maintenance works

    -     Ensure high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance on all sites

    -     Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

    -     Monitor progress, allocate resources, and provide on-site support and guidance

    -     Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control across all works

Essential Requirements:
    -     Clean UK driving licence

    -     Proven experience supervising and managing multi-trade teams across reactive and planned maintenance works

    -     SSSTS or SMSTS certification

    -     Valid First Aid qualification

    -     Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

    -     Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently when required
