**Overview**
This is a new and really exciting opportunity to support our Executive Business Partner and CEO
We are looking for an Executive Coordinator to support with daily time management, schedule meetings, events and travel, ensuring we’re meeting Kingfisher and Screwfix targets and goals.
**Key responsibilities**
- Provide full support to Executive Business Partner and CEO
- Full management of CEO diary - scheduling all meetings requested from the CEO, Kingfisher and the wider Screwfix business
- CEO Inbox management
- Pro-active administration of Meeting Actions and deadlines
- Provide time sensitive reminders
- Support the Executive Business Partner with internal and external correspondence, ensuring that it is dealt with in an appropriate manner
- Greeting and directing visitors, both internal and external
- Comfortably communicate with Senior Managers, other Board members or key stake holders across Screwfix and Kingfisher
- Schedule and manage internal and external events - including off site meetings / dinner reservations / team building events / development days
- Support the Executive Business Partner in creation, formulation and make amendments to PowerPoint, Word and Excel documents
- Arrange all travel and accommodation requirements, including overseas travel
- Flexibility to attend off site meetings and occasional site visits in support of either Director, sometimes at short notice
- Take minutes during meetings for CEO, and Senior Managers
- Manage Invoices and Receipts for any purchases throughout the month
- Collating and actioning Expenses
- Obtain approvals for authorising company-wide invoices
- Support creation of Company induction plans for new Senior Level recruits
- Manage IT requests for the Directors
- Manage Annual Leave for the Directors and their direct reports
- Support with Company Car policies
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties including covering for other PA’s where needed
**Required skills & experience**
- Self-motivated and Energetic
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Outlook - Calendar and Inbox
- Competent user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to set up and manage meetings via Microsoft Teams
- Confidence to work with and communicate to Senior Leadership
- Experience of Personal Assistant work desirable but not essential
