**Weekend Cashier/Till Operator - Notcutts Garden Pride Garden Centre, Ditchling**

**Sunday position available: 6.5 hours, alternate weekends. Additional hours may be available during peak trading times.**

**Salary £6.83 - £9.90**

Notcutts is a family owned National Garden Centre group.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to work as a till operator/cashier on alternate Sundays within our Garden Pride Garden Centre. Additional hours may also be available during busy trading times.

As a Cashier/Retail Assistant working in Notcutts, you will be the last person our customers will meet and therefore it is important that you provide an excellent customer service, giving our customers a positive lasting impression. This role will also involve maintaining displays to areas near the cash desks and general housekeeping duties.
- Have previous experience operating a till preferably in a retail environment
- Have excellent people skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of customers
- Be a naturally friendly and helpful person
- Be well presented, organised and punctual
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Be flexible and adaptable to change
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and on their own
