Matchday/event Steward

**Purpose of the post**:
Provide matchday and event stewarding to ensure spectators have a safe and enjoyable visit to the Eco-Power Stadium.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for the safety and comfort of spectators within a designated area at all times.
- Be able to direct spectators to seating, refreshments, toilets etc.
- Monitor the crowd and appropriate update the Control Room to reduce the risk of crown related incidents.
- Attend the Eco-Power Stadium at given dates and times as directed by the Head of Safety or Deputy Safety Officer.
- Ensure that vomitories, stairwells and fire exits are kept clear.
- Attend all training sessions, where appropriate.
- Champion safeguarding and be an approachable figure for children, young people and vulnerable adults to come with concerns or problems.
- Adhere to all Club Doncaster policies and procedures.
