**Sales Assistant**

(Plumbing & Heating Specialist) Due to our recent success and growth we are recruiting a full time branch assistant in our Cleveleys branch.

We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering an outstanding level of service, is professional and has the energy and enthusiasm to help make us more successful We are keen to speak to anyone who wants to be part of our hard-working, friendly team.

The day to day duties will be varied and range from picking orders and maintaining housekeeping standards in our warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles, serving customers at point of contact and maximising sales at every opportunity.

You will receive a competitive salary and be eligible for great benefits (including an annual bonus scheme, contributory pension, group wide discounts on our product range).

What will your day to day tasks be made up of?
- Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers and introduce new customers to the business.
- You will be on the front line and a pivotal contact for new and existing customers, nurturing great relationships, understanding their needs in order to offer expert advice and recommending alternatives to meet their individual needs and maximise the sale of goods.

- Someone with a full clean drivers license
What experience do you need? A knowledge of some plumbing and heating would be an advantage but not essential, just a good work ethic and a desire to progress.
