**Job description**
**Claims Advisor
- Call Centre/Live Chat Staff**
**Work Hours**: Full time - Permanent - 37.5 hrs per week
**Salary**: Various pay grades available + Comprehensive benefits
**Benefits**: Paid overtime at £20p/hr, Monthly Lottery Scheme (jackpot currently £1500.00+)
**Place of Work**: Carolina Court, Doncaster, DN4 5RA (On Bus route, approximately 1 mile from Town Centre)
**Start Date**: Various start dates available including immediate

**Experience**
No experience is required as a comprehensive induction is provided and full training will be given.
**What skills do you need?**
- Strong communication skills with a passion for helping others
- Professional manner
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work to targets/deadlines
- Effective time management
- Basic Computer Skills
**Duties include**:
- Handling both telephone and live chat enquiries within the call centre
- Administering customers files correctly, whilst building genuine rapport.
- General administration regarding calls and policies.
