Eden Brown Synergy have a vacancy available for a locum Occupational Therapist to work with Doncaster Rotherham and South Humber NHS Trust.

The main purpose of the role will be to cover general occupational therapy referrals largely for End of Life and Long Term Conditions.

You will:

- Complete moving and handling assessments
- Prescribe equipment
- Complete plans
- Provide assessment and intervention to patients within the Community, Hospice or Inpatient setting
- Provide managerial responsibility and developmental guidance to Band 5 OTs working in the service
