We are currently looking for **Production Operatives **to join our Picking Team in Steeton.

Working hours - 8.00am - 4.30pm

**Key responsibilities**:

- Pick sections of rail from the production line using a work sheet
- Bubble wrap sections and pack them ensuring that they can be identified by the serial number
- Picking and packing of carriages/seats for installers, hubs & dealer orders.
- Working alone and in teams at busy times to ensure all orders are dispatched correctly and in line with department KPI’s
- Ensure all areas are kept clutter free and all shelving and parts are kept neat and tidy
- Be prepared to help out within other departments within the factory as and when required

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
