**Location - Weybridge, Surrey**
My client works within the Luxury residential Interiors and are looking to take on an experienced Senior Interior Architect on a permanent basis in Weybridge, Surrey.
**The Senior Interior Architect will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design
- 6+ years’ experience in the industry
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience at a Senior Designer level with good knowledge pf running high-end projects
- Excellent time management skills
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

**The Senior Interior Architect role will involve**:

- Being creative, logístical, and taking lead with projects as well as presentations
- Develop concepts that provide an original approach and effective solution to the creative brief
- Able to sell concepts and design solutions to the client
- Work collaboratively and effectively with other members of the design team to generate accurate, technical, and creative design solutions
- Taking lead and managing the team across all stages of the project and report back throughout
- Being involved in building strong relationships with their clients throughout the creative process.
