**About the role**

**Location**: Reading

**Salary**: £42,691 - £49,626 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

We are looking for a Project Planner to join our Reading Team, supporting our new customer connection projects.

In this role you will:

- Develop and maintain detailed Programme Schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of New Grid connection projects.
- Identify critical path and run analysis across multiple work packages and ensure potential delays to critical path activities are identified and mitigated.
- Produce clear and concise management reports to assist Senior Management decision making.
- Provide the Project Manager with a detailed schedule variation report, assist with delay analysis, impacts of delays and potential mitigation strategies.
- Establish the Programme Baseline and monitor monthly performance and variance analysis.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have the following skills and experience:

- Experienced and skilled user of Primavera P6.
- Project Management experience in a construction-based setting. Prince2, APM PMQ / IPMA level D would be preferred.
- Experience with Change Management and the ability to ensure a clear audit trail of changes impacting a given programme of works.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills will be essential for this role.
- Results driven team member.
