**The Role**
If you are interested in starting a career in management, our Supervisor roles have much to offer. With a wide range of responsibilities, the Supervisor position plays a key role in the daily operations of the store. From balancing tills to ordering products, this position is responsible for a wide variety of key tasks. In addition, it works directly with leading and coaching your fellow team to ensure a productive work environment.
**Primary Responsibilities**
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for training your team members to ensure the store is running smoothly throughout the day. This will involve giving regular feedback and supporting your team learn new skills. You will frequently plan and revise the daily routines and schedule to match customer demand, so they receive a fantastic experience from us. You will ensure the store is clean, safe and ready for the day and maintain standards of quality and service on every shift.

**Working Hours**
Supervisors work a wide range of different hours based on the staffing needs of our stores. Supervisors join us on 24-hour contracts, with total working hours ranging all the way to 40 hours each week depending on what is available and your availability. Typical time periods you may be expected to come to work include early mornings, day shifts and evenings.
