Working Pattern: Mostly Monday to Friday all hours, occasional weekend work.

Job Description: We are small business and provide our clients a very detailed service. We offer a full range of logístical/moving and storage services for businesses. We are looking for Removal Drivers to lead and manage a team of motivated workers, ensuringthe safe loading of vehicles or storage containers. This is not just a driving role.

Our team leaders are responsible for;
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring packing and loading standards are delivered by the team
- Ensuring that every move is carried out safely and efficiently
- Understanding that this job includes manual handling and heavy lifting
- Managing a team
- Attending a range of different training sessions. Our client is looking for drivers that have experience in driving 3.5T vehicles.

Person Specification: This opportunity will suit experienced drivers of 3.5T vehicles that want to do more than just drive. This is a great chance to further your career and manage a small team alongside driving and removal work. We expect you to:

- Show acceptable standards of appearance
- Have excellent people skills
- Hold a clean UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Have a good level of fitness to carry out removal work
- Be able to speak excellent English
- Ideally, you will also have previous experience in removals however, this is not essential Training and support: Our client will provide full training to equip you with the skills you need to lead your team, pack and load, understand health and safetytogether with customer service skills. Our client cares about progression at work. They will support loyal staff to get qualified to drive larger vehicles by paying for training once you have been with the company and learned the role. This will usually involvea pay rise too. You will be given a huge amount of training, including:

- Online Manual Handling training, packing techniques and international skills
- Foundation course training
- Oversight of all packing types, cartons, blankets, crates
- Health & Safety training
- First Aid training
