**The Role**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Content Executive to produce creative content that excites audiences, increases engagement, and optimises traffic across all social platforms. We want you to be creative, maybe even a little bit whacky with your ideas, being imaginative about how we raise brand profile.

This role will report into our Brand Manager, sitting within the marketing team. You’ll be working closely daily to bring the best possible experience to both prospective and existing customers.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Producing high quality video and photographic product content for multiple social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Creating and managing organic content and scheduling in line with marketing calendar
- Lead in content management and updating social platforms
- Producing online content for website and social media
- Creation of influencer product parcels for content purposes alongside design
- Support with market research and competitor analysis (surveys, focus groups, interviews)

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Previous experience creating high quality content for social media platforms for a business
- A creative mindset who can think out of the box when it comes to reaching new customers
- An all-rounder who can get stuck in across all aspects of the customer experience journey
- A team player with a positive mindset and excellent customer service skills
- A self-starter - someone who can plan their own time well and can bring plenty of ideas to the table
- Understanding of marketing principles and data analysis
- Shopify and Photoshop experience (desirable)
- Experience working live/ customer facing events
- An animal lover is a big plus
