**Salary: £29,963 per annum plus excellent benefits**

**Hours: 35 hours per week between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00. We are also ‘Happy to Talk Flexible Working’**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Location: Office working**

**What will your role be?**

Our team of Customer Services Officers are the first people our customers speak to, resolving a wide range of housing-related queries over the phone and across our digital platforms. You will work within the team to ensure a consistent, high quality, customer-focused ‘right first-time’ service is delivered by responding to all contacts and enquiries ensuring our customers are treated fairly, listened to and their views acted upon.

**Who are we looking for?**

You will have a general level of education including Maths and English (grace A*-C/9-4) and have experience interacting with customers and providing a high-quality service, via various communication methods including telephone, face-to-face and in writing with a desire to resolve issues at the first point of contact. You will be able to manage and prioritise your workload, problem-solve, accurately maintain records and work effectively as part of a team.
