**Earthmover Tyre Fitter & Trainer**

Tyrefix is the leading service provider of tyre repairs and replacements to the off-highway market with over 100 breakdown vehicles nationwide, we pride ourselves on providing an unmatched national breakdown service where our customers come first. Due to continued growth and demand, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Earthmover Tyre Fitter & Trainer to join our existing team.

**You must hold a HGV Class 2 licence to be eligible for this role.**

**The role**
- **£45,000 - £50,000 per annum** (negotiable DOE)
- 7.15am - 4.45pm**, Monday - Friday**:

- **Fully equipped van and fuel card **provided on appointment
- **Uniform & PPE** equipment provided
- Training and development opportunities

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Tyre Fitting Duties**:_
- Tyre fitting processes, earthmover tyres on various heavy machinery.
- Inspect tyres for wear, damage, and safety compliance.
- Perform tyre rotations.
- Operate tyre servicing equipment, including hydraulic jacks, air compressors, and tyre-changing equipment up to 32-ton trucks with tyre handler.
- Maintain accurate records of tyre maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE regulations.
- Respond to emergency tyre repair situations in the field as needed.
- **Training Duties**:_
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and current employees.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops on tyre fitting and maintenance procedures.
- Assess trainees’ progress and provide feedback to enhance their skills.
- Update training materials and programs to reflect industry standards and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with the safety team to integrate safety practices into training programs.
- Maintain records of training sessions and participant performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in earthmover tyre fitting.
- Previous experience in a training or supervisory role is highly desirable.
- Ability to train and mentor staff with varying levels of experience.
- Strong knowledge of earthmover tyre types and specifications.
- Proficient in the use of tyre-fitting tools and equipment.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
