People Change Consultant

You will join the People team supporting the business across Group (UK & I, Germany & Italy) on delivering critical change initiatives. This role is initially a 12 month fixed-term contract.

What you'll do:

- Work alongside the People Partners, delivering change initiatives which drive business strategy
- Lead people change projects and solutions to enable business outcomes
- Support senior partners with organisational change and business unit design, and take ownership of the change delivery
- Evaluating the impact of planned change and identifying any potential risk
- Develop and deliver fit for purpose analysis, recommendations, presentations and other project outputs
- Work to delivery a programme of work across the Group, collaborating with the People Coordination, Legal, HR Tech and Recruitment teams.

What you'll bring:

- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A sound understanding of change management principles, techniques and tools
- Demonstrable experience supporting business leaders with design and org change, including experience in the delivery of all types of people change.
- Demonstrable experience delivering end to end projects involving multiple partners within and outside of HR.
- A broad understanding of different aspects of HR including a proven understanding of People policies and processes
- Ability to work both independently and within a team, liaising with your peers and more broadly across Sky.
- Ability to analyse data to develop people solutions.

Your office base:
Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
