We are looking to recruit an experienced Contract Manager to join our Key account management team working 40 hours per week. The role will be site based which includes daily travel across the 80km of high speed rail link between London and the Midlands.

Reporting to the Head of Account Management, the Contract Manager will be responsible for managing relationships between Enva and the key stakeholders of Eiffage Kier Ferrovial Bam (EKFB). The Contract Manager will provide operational management to support EKFB in the collection and treatment of their waste.

**Contract Manager Responsibilities**:

- Constantly promote the highest level of compliance, customer care, service and responsiveness
- Advise EKFB on best practice in line with environmental legislation, the waste hierarchy, container utilisation and the project site waste management plan
- Ensure adherence to contract terms and delivery against the service level agreement and contract KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams and Enva supply chain to meet customer requirements
- Assist with customer Duty of Care audits from regulatory authorities and stakeholders
- Ongoing training, development and management of reporting
- Consolidation and communication of upcoming project requirements to Enva operational team and supply chain for ensuring the correct and sufficient resources are available for delivery

The Contract Manager would ideally have previous experience in an onsite Waste or Logistics environment and a track record for delivering customer service and operational excellence. The Contract Manager should have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels. Applicants should ideally hold a COTC qualification and/or be a Chartered Waste Manager.
