A well respected manufacturing business with a growing reputation is seeking a HR Operations Manager.
Reporting to the HR Director this newly created role is required to provide both an operational and strategic service to the business. Based from Head Office you will oversee a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring the delivery of HR initiatives and projectsis achieved through the existing HR team.
As a driving force within the business you will ensure the business has a standard and uniform approach to HR issues and challenges across a number of business units, whilst also taking ownership of L&D activity.
Working closely with the Director of HR - and acting as true Business Partner to stakeholders within the business - the HR Operations Manager will lead this established HR structure whilst looking to deliver excellence for the business whilst allowing the organisationto realise its goals and ambitions.
To be considered for this role you will be a seasoned, experienced, commercially astute HR Operations Manager that is able to hit the ground running, pick things up quickly, work autonomously, and above all, bring in a ‘can-do’ attitude with new thoughts anda fresh way of doing things.
You will have experience of having worked within a fast paced business (ideally, but not limited to, engineering/manufacturing); will have the ability to engage with staff throughout the business from colleagues on the shop floor through to Senior Leaders.You will not be afraid to be at the coal face, engaging with colleagues across the organisation to understand issues and challenges, and resolve these accordingly.
The role is well suited for someone that can understand the scope and future potential within the company, and is happy to be viewed as a successor to the Director of HR.
