Scheme Assistant - (Cleaner)

Site Based Alexander Briant Court, Parkfield Avenue, Farnworth, Bolton, Lancashire, BL4 9PP

Hours of Work: 20 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 1pm

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Closing date: 6th September 2024

Interviews: Tuesday 10 September 2024

Main duties will include cleaning and maintaining of;
- Mats, Carpets, Paintwork, Floors, Furniture
- Scheme entrance areas
- Office spaces
- Communal living areas
- Laundry room
- Toilets
- Empty flats
- Emptying of internal and external bins
- In addition, assisting customer and visitors with general queries and supporting the Scheme Coordinator with social events as required.

What you need:

- Experience of dealing with customers / embers of the public on a face to face basis
- Experience of providing a cleaning service
- Knowledge of Health and Safety applicable to providing a cleaning service
- Effective communication skills
- Able to respond to emergency situations
