**What can you expect?**

- This role will give you exposure to major multinational clients and the opportunity to progress, becoming the client’s main point of contact.
- Helping to maintain and build strong relationships with our clients is part of the reason we are successful. As this role will involve working on a varied portfolio of clients, it may require some travel.

**We will rely on you to**:
- Obtain claims reports from colleagues
- Assist in gathering renewal data for each Client
- Review market presentations and contracts to ensure renewal strategy is reflected when presenting to market
- Assist with day-to-day client insurance and risk queries
- Assist with mid-term changes to risk
- Assist with the placement of Insurance programme
- Attend and organiser Insurer / Client meetings as requested
- Assist in the preparation of reports on specific projects, as requested
- Populate Marsh tracking systems
- Being aware of the Client’s business, business issues, insurance programmes and service plans
- Liaise with the various departments within Marsh to provide Client service solutions
**What you need to have**:
- Account Handling and/or Client Advisory experience (Commercial and/or Corporate client experience preferrable although not essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as the role will involve direct client contact
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Keen to advance through insurance qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
**What makes you stand out**:
- Solid account handling experience gained whilst supporting brokers/clients, ideally within a diverse portfolio of products and industries
- A strong previous background in insurance (experience in commercial lines is preferred)
- Resilience, ambition, happy to meet clients face to face and/or client facing stakeholders.
- CII qualified to at least Certificate level preferrable although not compulsory.
