**Salary**:£27,000-£32,000 (Depending on Experience)

**Job Opportunity**:
A position has become available in the Supply Chain Department for an experienced Production Scheduler, with focus on developing and managing a production scheduling process that is innovative and promotes maximization of efficiency and optimization of resources/assets internally while retaining enough flexibility to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and cost-conscious manner. Responsible for key supply chain performance indicators across velocity and order-to-delivery.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**
- Develops schedules for each prime product configuration, attachment and related products. Monitors internal & external issues which impact on scheduling concerns.
- Monitors the production plan and modifies as needed to maintain acceptable product availability and inventory levels.
- Exception Management.
- Inbound Shipment Tracking & Supplier Shipping Performance.
- Forecast and communicate parts shortage status with manufacturing.
- Material forecasting working with Suppliers.
- Manages and prepares supplier schedules.
- Creates, serialises, resolves grief, and releases production orders to the factory.
- Develops phase in/phase out schedule plans for New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Provide inputs and support to the Master Scheduler.
- Manages and reports Supply Chain KPI’s

**Skills and Experience**:
Essential Criteria
- Knowledge of the fundamental structure and workings of an MRP system
- Experience in SAP planning functions
- Experience in a Production Scheduling / Planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Criteria
- APICS CSCP/CPIM certification (or working towards accreditation)
- Experience in creation of Power Bi to aid with data analysis
- Previous supply chain experience in material planning, procurement, in-bound logistics also desirable
- Skilled to an Intermediate level in Excel
