**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in selecting products/services, providing knowledgeable recommendations and answering any inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring that displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
- Monitor and maintain the overall safety and security of the premises, promptly reporting any concerns or incidents to management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting customer privacy.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
