Veezu are currently looking for 2x Dispatch Executives to join our busy Journey Booking Contact Centre in our brand new, Cardiff office on a full-time, permanent basis

As a Dispatch Executive, you will work in partnership with Driver Partners to ensure passengers can be transported efficiently and on time. You will minimise Driver Partner rejects and cancellations through strong and effective relationships and clear communication and manage Passenger experience through strong and effective collaboration with our front-line teams throughout the shift.

**What can you expect as a Dispatch Executive?**
- 8 hour shifts
- 40 hours per week

**During your journey as a Dispatch Executive, you will**
- Take responsibility for understanding, meeting and exceeding your objectives and KPI’s
- Allocate and dispatch journeys on the iCabbi booking system, communicating positively, politely, professionally and precisely with Driver Partners via the messaging service as and when required.
- Ensure bookings run on time and utilising the zone controller tool effectively.
- Respond to Driver Partner queries via the telephone and / or iCabbi chat in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
- Assist Driver Partners with complex queries or directing them to the Driver Partner portal and / or messaging service.
- Ensure specific or set instructions for account customer journey bookings are communicated and processed accordingly.
- Ensure service delivery to account customers is efficient and well managed at all times.
- Use all tools and methods available to ensure that Booking Executives are kept informed of delays and capacity challenges at a passenger and regional level so that they can keep passengers informed and provide a great service throughout the shift.
